Our Staff

Pastor William P. (Bill) Means, Senior Pastor of this church has been in the ministry of

the Church of God for over 50 years and has been married to his talented wife, Cathy,

for over 49 of those year. He has a Bachelors in Ministry from Gulf-Coast Bible College

(now Mid-America University). Cathy has a Masters in Teaching and works in the

Muncie, Indiana schools as a member of their high school Special Education

department. They and their family also have a music ministry and have produced 3

recording projects.

He is originally from Dewey, Oklahoma and Cathy is from southwestern Ohio.

They live in Anderson, Indiana and have pastored the Church of God at Nebraska since

March of 2019.

Pastor Robert (Bobby) Leahigh is our Minister of Visitation and life-long resident of

Jennings County. Retired from Dave O’Mara Contractors, Inc., he spends a lot of his

time cutting and selling wood, as well as doing ministry. He received his ordination in 2023 through the Church of God, Anderson. Bobby is quite busy, calling and visiting people and

teaching the Bible Study on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm. He is also doing nursing home ministry  and Chaplain work.   He has been married to his

lovely wife, Eileen for 53 years. He was officially called to his current positions in the

church since 2020 and is a trusted member of our staff. He looks forward to continuing the work of the Kingdom.
